HealthWare’s OnTrak Scheduler provides a simple to use application for all your scheduling needs. OnTrak enables you to easily schedule daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly by employee and/or by patient, as well as by discipline frequency. With HealthWare’s extensive report collection, you can track all missed visits, completed visits, billable or non-billable visits, non-patient related activities such as meetings and bereavement activities, and employee productivity stats such as mileage and other payroll related data. With a built in frequency compliance checker you can track by week and discipline, visits that have gone over or under what was last ordered and cross reference those discrepancies back to an interim order.
OnTrak Scheduler is fully integrated with HealthWare’s AR Billing and Authorizations, Payroll and InMotion point of care application. OnTrak easily sends visits to the field staff, recognizing completed visits that are returned, and generates associated billing line items with the click of one button. The days of hand-keying all claim related data are long gone.
