HealthWare Corporation provides online access to the HealthWare suite of products as well as an over the Internet variety of other applications and services. This is the latest way to enjoy the benefits of HealthWare and to work efficiently.

By offering our applications to you via the Internet or by private leased data circuit, HWC helps you take advantage of one of the best healthcare information management packages available on the market today while helping you control costs. Since your data resides in our data center you do not have to worry about purchasing expensive server systems, extra data storage and backup systems, and hiring costly information systems administrators. HealthWare Corporation will become part of your MIS staff and provide you with all of our expertise. Since you only need minimal software and hardware at your location your initial cost of deploying a full Windows and Web-based system is drastically lower. And you don't have to be concerned that your equipment or staff will become obsolete.

You will access these services via an encrypted Internet connection or a private leased data circuit. Depending on the service you have selected, you have access to the full range of HealthWare applications including our advanced Decision Support applications. By performing your billing and clinical data collection services online you effectively outsource a major portion of our Information Technology. You can also become a part of HWC's online community which offers discussion groups for various healthcare topics.

If you do not want to outsource all of the services, consider putting a system in-house for some of the functions and outsourcing others. You get to choose what selection of options makes the most sense. You can even start out online and move the system in-house later or start in-house and move to online service without losing any information you have entered and without retraining.

Our online support services provide web based incident submission and tracking. Use this feature to submit a new incident, add additional information to an existing incident and keep track of the status of any previously submitted incidents.

In addition you can use the online site to check frequently asked questions, view important news about HealthWare, download the latest service packs, check schedules for and view online webcasts, access online educational materials and more.

To utilize our telephone support, simply call the provided support number at any time. With the exception of extremely busy periods, you will reach a support technician directly. If you do reach an automated attendant, state the nature of your question or problem and a support technician will return your call as soon as possible. We try to respond to all priority calls on the same day and all standard support calls within 48 hours.

Training

Training is an integral part of the implementation of any new system. You need your employees to be well versed in the use of HealthWare to ensure the highest possible return on your investment. We are committed to providing the best training for your staff, which will include ongoing training as well as initial training during HealthWare implementation.
