To utilize our telephone support, simply call the provided support number at any time. Except for extremely busy periods, you will reach a support technician directly. If you do reach an automated attendant, state the nature of your question or problem and a support technician will return your call as soon as possible. We try to respond to all priority calls on the same day and all standard support calls within 48 hours.
