There are a growing number of software providers for Home Health Agencies, Hospice Agencies and Private Duty today. Most offer similar but yet different features. Many boast of significant growth in a short number of years. All of that is good but what are the features that are important to YOU? Here are some that come to mind (in no particular order) but we would like to hear what YOU have to say and feel free to add and rank your thoughts:
- Security, HIPAA Compliance
- Ease of use
- Fully integrated applications
- Built in QA
- Off-line capabilities for my field Point of Care staff
- An Aide app that can work on a smart phone, be secure and not cost me data charges
- VBP Analysis and Support – including ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE of the subject by the support and sales team
- Internal texting
- GPS
